You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that appear worn, have marks, odors, broken tags, or are returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. In case of an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement product after the returned item passes our quality check.
